Yesterday, the month-long battle over the rebuilding of the central train station in Stuttgart, Germany, has escalated massively, when the workers started to cut the first trees. Hundreds of people were hurt by the police with lacrimogenes, water cannons etc.
Friday morning 2.000 Stuttgart pupils went on strike (here a video about a struggle between pupils and police on Thursday), and Friday night was taking place a great manifestation with 100.000 people according to the organisators.
